Abilities
⯌ Chaos Magic
Allows him to effect local probabilities, which means he can manipulate things to go a certain way. He can also evoke madness in others (with permission of course), and cause matter to transmute into different things.
⯌ Vulture He can sprout iron razers for teeth, iron claws from his fingers, is more durable than an unmodified human, is faster and more agile, and he can sprout feathered black wings and fly. When he uses these abilities, his eyes turn to black orbs.

I tend to be slow sometimes. I work a full-time job that can be taxing on my mental capacity at times, so I will backtag until someone tells me to stop. You are welcome to do the same.

⯌ Off-Limits I will never take part in any sort of non-consensual plots. I really don't like them. I'm okay with things of the nature being discussed as long as there's a warning, and that goes for suicides as well. I'm not going to play through one, but I'm okay with things being discussed as long as there's a warning.
⯌ Threadjacking I'm generally okay with it unless things get crazy. I'm always down for the asking, though~

He won't shy away from it unless he doesn't know you or, for some reason, has decided he doesn't like you. Even then, it probably wouldn't result in his shying away so much as threatening physical harm.
⯌ Mental Contact His mind isn't exactly human anymore, so a little chat about it might be in order before you assume. That being said, just let me know if your character is going to do any sort of spelunking in his thoughts and I'd be happy to let you know what they find.
⯌ Flirt He's down for a little friendly banter, but know that he is very much in love with someone in canon and it would take a lot time for it to actually go anywhere.
